230 Japanese Yen

Train ticket from the Keikyu line ..
With the exchange rate from today (June 9th, 2011) it’s US $ 2.86 (from xe.com)
I found that to be a delight, that riding public transportation, is rather decently priced.
Oh, and you might wonder why I paid for a train ticket ?!  and why didn’t ride on myJR pass
It’s because Keikyu line is not part of the JR – Japan Railroad.
It’s a private rail company.
I actually also paid for the train from Tottori to Osaka which is also a private stretch of rail.
